Registration Information – Preliminary Meeting Highlights
The 2025 CLFMI Annual Meeting will be held November 4-7, 2025, at the spectacular Marriott Desert Ridge Resort in beautiful Phoenix, Arizona. The Resort amenities include two onsite championship golf courses, the AquaRidge WaterPark, a spa and an exercise facility, multiple food and beverage outlets, as well as a picturesque setting in the Sonoran Desert. The Resort is approximately a 25-minute drive from the Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport.
CLFMI has a limited block of rooms reserved at the Marriott Desert Ridge Resort at the group rate of $409.00. Note: On the online registration page the room rates will show the addition of the daily $30 resort fee. Please note that the cut-off date for guaranteed sleeping rooms in the CLFMI block is October 6, 2025. Reserve your Hotel rooms now!
Please review Hotel cancellation and early departure policies, etc., when you register. CLFMI cannot be responsible for no-shows, late cancellations and early check-outs.

The Meeting Schedule
Wednesday, November 5
8:30 am -1:30 pm
Optional Golf Outing
Golfers need to arrange to arrive on Tuesday to be there for our 8:30am tee off time on Wednesday morning. We’ll be playing the Palmer Course, known for its wide fairways and gorgeous views. (Starting time may vary slightly based on sunrise time, etc.)

Welcome Reception
Join the other CLFMI members and guests for our Welcoming Reception sponsored again this year by our great friends at

8:30 am – 11:30 am
Members’ Business Meeting
The morning is devoted to updating members on current business and economic trends and planning the CLFMI priorities for 2026. Other highlights will include the election of two new 2026 Board Members, a report on the 2025 Committee accomplishments, and a 3rd Quarter Industry Report, Analysis and Forecast from Chief Economist Matt Kidder.
12:30 pm – 2:00 pm
Luncheon Program
One of the nation’s leading political analysts will give members insights into the upcoming Mid-Year Elections, and what the chain link industry needs to be watching for next 12 months.
6:30 pm – 8:30 pm
Reception and Dinner
Help CLFMI celebrate its 65th Birthday with your host, CLFMI President Bill Peterson. Bill will review our Institute’s accomplishments during the past two years and talk about what lies ahead for the CLFMI and the chain link industry.

Travel
The Resort is just 12 miles (@25 minutes) from Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport. The airport has over 1,000 arrivals and departures each day from most major cities across North America.
Weather
Arizona weather in early November should be very pleasant, with average high temperatures in the mid-70’s to low 80’s. Evenings will be cool, with temperatures dropping into the 50’s.
What to Wear
Business casual attire is appropriate for all the Annual Meeting functions and events, including our Opening Reception and Dinner and Thursday evening 65th Anniversary Celebration.
