Register Online for the 2023 Summer Meeting
The 2023 CLFMI Summer Meeting will take you back to a slower, more elegant time. Think of strolling through lush landscapes, relaxing in spring-fed pools, and living in the style and customs of what has been called America’s Resort for more than a century. In addition to being a world-class resort, the Greenbrier was, for 30 years, the site of an underground bunker that was to be the home of the U.S. Congress in the event of a nuclear attack on Washington, D.C. Seeing the bunker and more awaits attendees at the 2023 CLFMI Summer Meeting at The Greenbrier, July 12-14.

Getting There
Getting to the Greenbrier can be a little complicated, depending on where you are starting from. It’s located in the foothills of the West Virginia mountains, outside the small town of White Sulphur Springs.
If you are flying: There are three flights a day scheduled from Charlotte-Douglas Intl. Airport to the Lewisburg/Greenbrier Valley Airport.
The airport is just a few miles from the resort. The closest full-service airport is Roanoke, VA, @ 90 minutes from the resort. Other airports include Richmond (@ 2 hours) and Washington Dulles (@3.5 hours).

If you are driving: the Resort is just off of Interstate 64, about an hour west of Interstate 81
The Resort
The Greenbrier has been a landmark resort for more than 100 years. Eight U.S. Presidents have stayed there, and many more have visited. The resort offers an astonishing 55 activities to give you the experience of your choice.

Meeting Attire
Because of its dedication to Southern Elegance, there is a Dress Code during certain hours and in certain venues at the Greenbrier. Please read it carefully before you pack for the meeting. For the CLFMI functions, business casual is the universal attire for CLFMI Summer Meetings. Dress for the Thursday afternoon activity is casual. Daytime temperatures will be warm (mid to upper 80’s) but evenings in can be cool (60’s) so be sure to pack sweaters, sweatshirts, etc.
